Industrial
PX Industrial builds the facilities that make and move product. We self-perform the critical path — foundations and equipment pads, structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings, process piping, conveyance, and the millwright work of setting, aligning, and commissioning manufacturing equipment. Greenfield plants, line expansions, and retrofits all get the same approach: one contractor accountable from site work through startup, with crews who know that a building is only finished when the equipment inside it runs.

Agricultural
PX Industrial specializes in the infrastructure that handles, conditions, and stores seed and grain. We install complete material handling systems — legs, drags, belt conveyors, drag conveyors, distributors, spouting, cleaning, treating, and packaging equipment — along with storage, receiving pits, and material load-outs sized to keep product moving at the pace of harvest. Our pre-engineered metal buildings house seed plants, warehouses, and processing operations built for agricultural duty cycles. We plan our work around your season, because we know what’s at stake when the material is flowing.

Project Management

Design Build
When design and construction sit under one contract, problems get solved on paper instead of in the field. Working with a few key trusted design partners; PX Industrial delivers design-build projects from concept through commissioning — site layout, process and material flow, structural and foundation design, equipment selection, and building design coordinated as a single effort. Owners get early pricing certainty, a shortened schedule, and one team responsible for the outcome. We are able to design around how the plant will actually operate, not just how it will look on a drawing.

Plant Services
Construction is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Our plant services group keeps facilities running long after turnover: preventive maintenance, mechanical and structural repairs, equipment relocations and upgrades, conveyor, pumps, fans, & compressor replacements/alignments, and emergency response when a line goes down. We plan shutdowns and turnarounds around your production window, mobilize fast, and staff the job with crews who already know the plant processes and equipment. When downtime is the real cost, response time matters more than anything on a bid sheet.
